Wednesday, March 7, 2018

Nominated by Melody to do the 10-Books-Challenge. Challenge accepted!

(10-BOOKS-CHALLENGE. List 10 books that had sustained a long-term effect on you, then tag 10 friends including me so I can see your list.)

1. Angelfall by Susan Ee (Dystopia, Post-Apocalyptic, Angels) - THIS BOOK IS MY FAVORITE BOOK OF ALL TIME. I love everything about it.

2. The Sea of Tranquility by Katja Millay (Contemporary/Realistic) - If you think The Fault in Our Stars and If I Stay are the best contemporary novels out there, you obviously haven't read this book yet.

3. The Raven Cycle Series by Maggie Stiefvater (Fantasy, Magic, Mystery) - "If Blue was to kiss her true love, he would die." This book is full of ancient mystery and magic.

4. The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein (Contemporary, Animals) - This one is narrated by a dog so prepare to laugh so hard and bawl like a baby.

5. Legend Series by Marie Lu (Dystopia, Post-Apocalyptic) - This book has the smartest and most badass female character in the Dystopian Fiction.

6. Dangerous Girls by Abigail Haas (Thriller, Mystery, Murder) - Definitely one of the best mystery-thriller novels I've ever read.

7. Me Before You by Jojo Moyes (Contemporary/Realistic) - The only contemporary novel that made me cry ugly tears.

8. The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey (Dystopia, Aliens, Sci-Fi) - Alien invasion had never felt so real. They're turning this into a movie starring Chloe Moretz so watch out for it.

9. Anna and the French Kiss (Contemporary/Realistic) - This one is a can't-wipe-this-goofy-smile-off-my-face kind of book. Very cute and adorable!

10. Harry Potter Series by J.K Rowling (Fantasy, Magic) - OF COURSE. IT'S HARRY FREAKIN' POTTER. Need I say more?
